In “Standard” mode, the gates are closed on entry. As a customer approaches, the gate will open. If a customer tries to exit the store in the wrong direction the gate will close and an audible alarm will sound. The closing of the gate will override the opening sequence, preventing customers from waiting for the gate to open normally before exiting.
